Races 1 and 2 will include paddling/kayaking, riding and running. If you choose to collect all checkpoints on the course you can expect to:
- Paddle – 1 to 2 km(on stable sit-on kayaks; lakes/canals and rivers)
- Ride – 20 to 25 km (on mostly flat bike paths, with off-road options)
- Run – 8 to 10 km (flat running, with trail options)
How far you paddle, ride or run will depend totally on you and how you plan to attack the checkpoints.
Races 1 and 2 will commence at 7AM (registration), with races from 8AM.
